“In September of 2016, Douglas Construction Company, working for a general contractor hired by our company, Ecos Energy, performed the site work for a 26-acre solar facility, located in Spencer, Massachusetts. The project had been originally awarded to an alternate general contractor and earthwork contractor earlier that summer, however the project ran into several permitting and contractual issues with this chosen contractor, and ultimately, we parted ways.
